I lived here my first year I was in Arizona, I didn’t get to tour it in person as I was moving from the Midwest but the leasing agents were great at communicating, sending video tours of my unit I was interested in and were just overall very helpful and friendly! I never had any major issues and minor ones were addressed shortly after I submitted my maintenance request. The amenities and quality overall matched the price I was paying. Yes, you could find cheaper or more expensive around if you wished, but this was a great balance for me. It was also safe and secure and I LOVED the location!

The Curve at Melrose is a great place to live. The well maintained apartment complex provides a great relaxing enviromment. MIntained by a very friendly staff. It is a pet friendly environment and my only complaint is that not everyone cleans up after their pets appropriately. Cleaning up after your pet and leaving the bagged poo in the hallway is not appropriate. And the staff should not have to clean after your pet nor is the smell in the hallway pleasant. I think cameras should be installed in appropriate areas and tenants should be held liable.

Safe location, clean apartment, no issues with pests, and a nice pool. However, the building itself is cheaply built. Lots of broken things upon move in, various amenities often out of order, thin walls with noisy neighbors, bad insulation with high utility bills, etc. Old management was terrible but the new team seems to truly care and is putting lots of effort into making this a good home.

I cannot recommend Cure at Melrose Apartments enough! Pros: Amazing location. Such a hidden gem of an apartment! There are so many delicious restaurants and bars. Apartment also has great amenities and the price of rent is great. I lived in a studio and because it has that divider wall, it felt more like a one-bedroom apartment. Spacious kitchen, SUPER spacious bathroom, and east-facing window were my favorite parts of my apartment. Valet trash – AMAZING. Security gates always worked, and I always felt safe living here. Cons: You have to pay for parking in the garage. I was lucky enough to get the outdoor/covered carport parking which is cheaper. You can park in uncovered spots for free. I had some loud upstairs neighbors I had to report three times in order for them to get an official notice from the apartment. Maintenance team half-asses their jobs and takes forever to come. Finally, the dog park area smells awful due to it being a turf grass. All in all, I enjoyed my time here! I’ve lived in 4 different apartment complexes in Phoenix and this one is by far my favorite. My priorities when picking apartments are: safety, noise, location, cleanliness, and rent price. Hits all five.

I was convinced to invest here by a friend I met on Tinder, Her name was Annie ( now I know she could be anyone else). At first everything was going on well until I requested for withdrawal, that’s when the nightmare started… I had to put in more money before I could withdraw. Then came the unending taxes; I was fined and taxed for various reasons. There was always a reason why I couldn’t take out my money. I was tired of everything and began looking for help. Since all the payments I made were through cryptocurrencies, my local police could not help me. Luckily I finally got help from the authorities I contacted via email hackerrone90 at GMAIL COM . I moved here from out of state and definitely wanted to find somewhere I could feel comfortable and also have plenty of options for food, fun, etc near by. After looking at tons of options around PHX, The Curve at Melrose was the perfect spot! Jade, manager, and Kevin, office associate, are AMAZING. They were very accommodating and helpful with making sure I was set up and ready for my move in date (there are some slight differences from state to state when setting up utilities and stuff). The apartment itself is the perfect size for me and my dogs, the amenities have been pristine and tended to/ cleaned what seems like daily. The gates are always locked and there are no people here that shouldn't be ( the photo of the man in the other review is actually a resident who got locked out). Whatever scent they use in the hallways smells great and actually keeps my apartment smelling amazing as well, which can be a challenge when you have dogs so I really appreciate that. Lol. The other residents are nice and have made me feel welcomed. Whatever type of food or entertainment you are looking for, there is something for you nearby! Plenty of walkable options and others are a quick trip down the road. I highly recommend here if you want a nice place in a great location.

Probably the best complex I have lived at here in Phoenix, new management has done great at keeping the community maintained and the views and location are unbeatable. If you are looking for a new home the building itself was well built you can't hear your neighbors like I could in newer built complexes around the valley. Great amenities and the appliances in home are nice as well.

It's kinda noisy with the bars right outside, and pretty expensive for such a mid location, but I really don't have any serious complaints. Recently moved here a week ago after driving 1700 miles from Kentucky, and the experience has been lovely. Dulce, Massiel and the maintenance staff have been phenomenally helpful in providing all the help that someone would want who was seeing the whole apartment complex for the very first time on their move-in day. They even went out of their way to ensure that my prematurely delivered luggage was safely secured inside my unit. I am glad that I placed my blind faith in them and chose this place!

The best apartment experience I’ve had in Phoenix. The office staff Alex & Dulce are two of the kindest humans you will ever encounter and always willing to help your needs and address your concerns. The maintenance staff is also incredibly helpful and responds to your requests in a timely manner. Lastly, the building has incredible amenities and is in a prime location. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance and multiple grocery stores, drug stores, and quick food options within a mile or two. Thank you to the lovely leasing agents Alex and Dulce! My partner and I wanted to make a quick move because we we're miserable and over paying at our place in Tempe. On our day of apartment hunting we had about 40 minutes to kill so we decided to give a call to the Curve as we always talked about how cute it would be to live there because of the location etc. Alex took our call and told us she could definitely give us a quick tour in our short time frame. Upon arrival she quickly provided us with key information and then showed us the most adorable 1 bed 1 bath and immediately we both fell in love. The ladies were on top of everything and went above and beyond to make sure the unit was ready for our move in date that was only 6 days out! I can only imagine how big of a pain we were as we gave them such short move in notice but that didn't stop them from getting the job done. We went from a small inward facing unit in Tempe that got 0 sunlight didn't see even a small ray of light the 7 months we lived there for to our stunning 5th floor sun set view unit we are in now. We can not express our gratitude to the ladies for helping us get out of our old place and our little kitty thanks them too as he sun bathes daily on the window ledge:) If you are considering where to move next I would put the Curve on the top of your list. The price and square footage of our place is beyond reasonable compared to what we saw while shopping around and compared to our last place. The amenities are great, maintenance work gets done very quickly, the mail services are great, they have plenty of parking options including free parking inside the gates! The location is phenomenal, you have 2 sweet bars right out the front door and thunderbird arcade bar just across the street! A cute family owned liquor store and deli just on the other side of Stacy's (one of our 2 favorite bar in Phoenix the other is Boycott which is literally out the front door) You have retro ranch which is a super cute antique store, Joes diner which is the cutes most authentic family owned breakfast spot around without question, Joe himself came over to our table the first time we ate there and just chit chat with us for a few minutes and welcomed us to the neighborhood:) There's also a fry's, a Safeway, natural groceries, and a 7-11 within 5 minutes of driving. Trader Joe's, whole foods, in n out, pet smart, etc. all in one spot 10 minutes driving. This apartment really feels like home in every aspect. Thank you again to the leasing ladies and I hope this review helps with any concerns you may have! We weren't planning on staying in Arizona longer than 6 months before moving to the Curve no we are talking about renewing our lease when the time comes!!!

Wow! I was new in Phoenix, looking for an apartment, drove by these apartments on 4333 N 6th Drive, Phoenix, AZ, 85013. The manager, Dulce was very professional, extremely honest, friendly, upfront, and helpful. She gave me a tour of the facilities and explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand. The apartments are well-maintained and very clean. I highly recommend these apartments.

We've lived here for the past 18 months and cannot say enough great things about this community. The grounds are clean and well taken care of, and the management team (shoutout to Gisselle!) is incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Plus, you cannot beat the location or the price. It's a super walkable neighborhood with a lot to explore, which can be hard to find in Phoenix. Sometimes the pool area gets noisy if you're facing in, but that issue is few and far between. We're so thankful for our time here and will miss it when we leave! We've loved living here!

This review is long overdue. I was one of the first residents here at the Curve when it opened in 2018 and have loved living here since. The location is great for anyone who wants to be in central Phx, has nice amenities, pet friendly (even for large dogs), and property management/maintenance is attentive and responsive to tenant needs. I recently transferred into a larger floor plan and Giselle made the transition super smooth and was accommodating with my move dates and other requests. She was also the person who helped me move in a few years ago so it is especially nice having tenured staff around who are familiar with the residents. Overall, 5 stars- couldn’t be more happy with my experience living here.

I have been living here since October of last year. Gisselle at the leasing office is wonderful and professionally handles my issues if any. The one bed one bath is luxurious and I haven’t yet heard any noises from neighbors except may be once or twice a dog barking which isn’t an issue for me anyway. Mine is the street facing apartment but not the pool facing and the buzz of nearby restaurants on Friday evenings and weekends adds fun to my stay here.

Residing at The Curve has been nothing but pleasant! The maintenance staff always accommodates any maintenance requests accordingly and within a reasonable amount of time. As for the office, Gisselle is an all star. She is always busy when we stop by but she never misses a beat! She is super attentive to detail and her customer service has always stood out to us. She is truly one of the reasons we decided to rent here to begin with. I think anyone who takes a tour with her would rent, she is great! 5 stars to The Curve!

Me and my wife have been living on the Curve for a little bit more than 2 years and we love it. Management team is great, very professional and always willing to help, especially Giselle, who makes our days at the Curve awesome with her high quality service. THANK YOU GISELLE!!!! Amenities are neat and especially now that it is getting colder the pool has warm water, which is very nice. The building is clean and the location is perfect. Parcel pending lockers are very convenient and we don’t have to worry about any of our packages. Maintenance request are solved in a timely manner and shows how management cares about their tenants (especially Giselle!). We love the Curve!!

My son is looking for his first apartment and when I called, spoke with Giselle Lugo who was super sweet and a pleasure to deal with. She went over all of the amenities and was very knowledgeable. I hope my son picks this location. As a mom having to deal with her child leaving home for the first time, she made me feel safe and comfortable and took the time to listen to my concerns. I've lived here for almost 2 years now, and the management team handles everything within a few days of notice, if it's an emergency, they'll be out in 1 hour max. Giselle was my first introduction to this complex when I originally toured, and has become such a friend over the years now since living here. I personally hardly notice noises and I live right next to the elevator. Sure, there's a bump here and there, but it's a community and we can't expect everyone to be perfect 100% of the time. The insulation is amazing, my electric is always super cheap, and I honestly never hear anything from the pool area.

Wonderful staff and a beautiful community to live at! The pool hours have changed so there isn’t as much noise past 10pm, and I hear they’re adding bike storage areas! As a resident I enjoy the vallet trash and package lockers.. not to mention the pool! Great place to live and very central to everything. Many good restaurants, bars and shops nearby in the Melrose District!

I have really loved living here and Liz, Giselle and Lea have been so amazing and nice with all communication and any issues I’ve had. Living on the 2nd floor, I have not had any bad experience with noise or anything like what I’ve read in other reviews. I actually would consider the apartment as fairly quiet as well. The property has remained so well kept in the time I’ve been here which is over a year. I plan on being a resident here for a while! Can’t beat the location, service and overall experience!

Lived here for over a year. Liz was awesome . She is a kinds devoted person who actually care about the resident. My experience at the curve . Was a bit noisey . People yelling in the halls and to the bar next door. . Parking on the weekend was crazy. And even with all the security features this place has I still had a car broken into in the garage. The unit I had was a very nice . Has everything I needed . Felt a bit over price. But like said very nice unit . With the staff had a few issues . So keep your paper work. Upper management has a way of lossing paper work . And the result was me staying an additional 60 days . With a added 300 sum added each month to my rent because we were out of lease terms . Or if I refused . They will report to my credit history as a negative . . So no choice but to pay out and stay . .. so.advise if you move here keep your paper work file and complete.

I don't really write reviews, however this time I decided to share my experience. I moved to Phoenix from California, 1 day before starting my new job and was looking for right apartment to move in right away. I visited over 12 apartments on same day of my arrival to Phoenix for the first time, spoke to over 50 apartment complexes over the phone. One of them was The Curve, I walked in without an appointment, and there I met employee named Giselle. I told her what I was looking for and said that I need to move in right away. Not only that she had every answer to my questions but she also had few different apartment options for me. She showed me around the apartment complex and all of the available units they had. I was amazed with knowledge that Gisselle has for her apartment complex. I left to think everything over the night as I visited so many places. Next day my mind was set on The Curve. After work I went to sign the contact, where I met employee named Liz (as it was Giselle's day off) and she did exceptional job assisting me and made the process smooth and easy. Any questions and concerns I had Liz was able to help me with it. If you are looking for an apartment complex, look no further, The Curve is awesome place! Very clean and beautiful looking place with a lot of amenities that available 24hrs! And for great customer service make sure to Ask for LIZ or GISELLE, those 2 know what they are doing!!!

The Curve @ Melrose is a fantastic place to live. The studio unit is quite spacious and the amenities (pool, community lounge, workout facilities) are top notch. I have had zero issues since being here. I'd specifically want to call out the management team at the Curve who are extremely responsive and knowledgeable for any issues. Especially Giselle, who was instrumental and very flexible in terms of helping me navigate the complexities of my sub lease. I have had nothing but a great experience at the Curve. Great place to live. Def recommend.

The staff at Curve has been wonderful. Gisselle has gone above and beyond from the very first moment that I visited the property for a tour and every step of the way after, including even just earlier today! Liz provided wonderful service and a hassle-free experience on move-in day. I can't say enough good things about these two ladies. You can get an apartment anywhere and there are plenty of comparable new builds in the area, but the excellent service is what sold me since Gisselle provided a stellar first impression and I'm happy to report that it has remained consistent with everyone on the staff I have come into contact, including Orlando and Salvador on the maintenance team. I absolutely love this apartment complex. About 3 months ago I moved here from Ventura County California, it’s my first time living away from there. A big thank you to Liz Gonzalez, you are the reason I signed the lease. I didn’t know anyone here and she made me feel right at home and welcome. She’s always smiling and it just brightens up my day to see her. Gisselle Lugo is another amazing leasing agent here. She’s always smiling and super positive and I love that. If you are having a bad day just stop by the office at The Curve At Melrose and these ladies will have you laughing in no time. You will probably want to consider getting a place here before you leave the office. The apartments have a nice open floor plan, they come with a washer and dryer and fridge and oven. I am in love with my walk in closet in my bedroom. My kitchen has a built in island, I use it as my dining table, I love that because it saved me money when I was shopping for my furniture. This place is like a resort. There’s a swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool tables, BBQ area and the best thing about it is the courtyard is on the second floor. Yup, the swimming pool is on the second floor. My sister and nephews were here swimming and it worked out perfect because the kids were able to swim and we didn’t have to worry about them getting out of the apartment complex. There’s also a really cool game room/party room on the fifth floor, it includes a balcony that overlooks the pool and courtyard area. Eventually, maybe one day I will use the gym. It’s up to date with state of the art equipment, I’m lazy but if you are into fitness you won’t need a gym membership after you move in. The parking here is gated and assigned. Recently I went to the Kenny Chesney concert. I walked to the Light Rail and took it down to Chase Field to the concert. The Light Rail is free round trip if you have a concert ticket to Chase or Talking Stick Resort Arena. It takes me about 12 minutes to drive to the airport. You absolutely can’t beat the location. It’s centralized to everything in Phoenix. This complex does celebrate diversity for everyone. If I could give 10 stars I would. Good luck on your apartment hunting!
