Beautiful complex, slightly expensive for the area. The inside of the apartments are nice so is the exterior but step outside the gates and you’re met with junkies and transients. Not the complexes fault, the whole stretch of neighborhood on the 7th Avenue stretch. Staff were nice. Clean complex.

Beware! Before you decide to move in please know you must have current car tags or they will tow you . It’s bad enough the rent is super high, the place is really run down in the last few years, carpets are stained and the elevator you gotta share with the trash bins .

1/3 of the elevators have been out of commission for multipul weeks, (hopefully you are not disabled as that creates an undo burden) gates are constantly non operational, fire pit has been borke for years, lighting fixtures in the halls hanging by wires. Gym is bare bones. Minimal weights. All while chagring every resident 50$ in "cam fees" each month: over 120,000 a year combined. When PB Bell manage the complex everything was tip top. Since AMC took over 5 years ago, the place is literally falling apart.

My husband and I truly loved our time living here! Even though we were only here for 6 months before heading off on our new European adventure, it quickly felt like home. Alicia and Poleth in the front office were always so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating, they really made the experience that much better. Maintenance was also amazing, any request we had was handled so quickly. If it wasn’t taken care of the same day, the team was there first thing the next morning, which we really appreciated. The community itself is warm and welcoming, and as dog owners, we couldn’t have asked for a more dog-friendly place for our two pups. That was such a huge plus for us! The location is also unbeatable, being able to walk to nearby restaurants and bars within minutes, plus easy access to the canal for peaceful evening walks, made everyday life here so enjoyable. Overall, it’s an amazing place to live, and we’re so grateful for the experience. It’s also incredibly queer-friendly, which we especially loved being in the Melrose District, and you really can’t beat the Rainbow On Wheels that takes you up and down the street from Camelback to Indian School. We’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming community!

Other residents are very nice, great location to live at, fairly quick for resolving maintenance issues, office staff listens to residents' inputs, and very communicative with the onboarding process. I do think the dog park needs more attentive and consistent care, it smells bad. Especially with it heating up and getting closer to summer, the pool should probably have more regular maintenance. The gym could also use some new equipment, minimally just a leg extension/curl machine would work, but also more dumbbells or a leg adductor/abductor machine. Considering the parking area/complex is somewhat easily accessible, I think there should be more cameras for security. But Alicia has been very helpful && my roommate and I are very grateful for the community!

I have lived here for 3 years and throughout those years, this apartment complex has gone to absolute garbage. Management communication is terrible. We have a new leasing team every couple months. The dog park is disgusting— hazardous really. We have continuously begged the office to help clean the dog park and maintain it, but they do not. It reeks of urine and when the sun shines on it, the smell can be smelled from the whole complex. It’s absolutely horrible. When they do clean the park (not often) they use Fabuloso which is NOT dog friendly. When asked about this, they say it is dog friendly. (A simple google will tell you— it is NOT). The complex has 3 gates to it, and 50% of the time they are broken. Homeless people are always roaming around the complex and trying to open people’s doors. Homeless people have walked into my neighbors apartment while they have been home. Homeless people go through the garbage cans and trash the complex and it often times does not get cleaned up in a timely manner: My car has been broken into, and the office has done nothing and doesn’t even pretend to care… they just say “take it up with the police”. A ridiculous answer. They don’t have working cameras anywhere around the complex and the “security” team they hire is never on the property… This review saddens me to write, because the neighborhood is amazing and the residents are all wonderful. Do not live here. There are so many better complexes to live in with management that actually gives a crap about maintaining their property. Nothing about this place is “luxury”.

We’ve lived here for 3 years and unfortunately have watched this property decline significantly. When we first moved in, the management and maintenance team were fantastic. Since then, turnover has been constant and it shows. Problems rarely get resolved and instead get passed along to the next manager. The dog park is honestly a biohazard at this point. It’s rarely cleaned unless residents sent multiple emails to complain, and at one point staff were literally using Fabuloso on the turf until residents called them out for not using pet safe solvents. The urine smell is so overwhelming you can barely walk past it without gagging. I honestly don’t know how people live in the units above the park. Security is another MAJOR issue. The main gates are constantly broken and at one point were left wide open for nearly two months. There have been multiple car break-ins in the garage, including my own where my window was shattered. Even vehicles stolen! Despite this, there are no security cameras in the garage, only at the gate entrances where they’re far less useful. The “security patrol” is also nearly nonexistent — I see them walking the property maybe twice a month. If you’re considering moving here, do NOT move onto the third floor. The hallways have had a terrible odor for over six months that management has failed to fix. People are literally moving out because of it. Management claims they’re “working on it,” but the only thing that seems to happen is occasional carpet cleaning. At this point the carpet clearly needs to be replaced entirely. Amenities are also poorly maintained. • The hot tub is rarely functioning. • Pool maintenance is lacking • The gym equipment is outdated, and both the bike and elliptical were broken for months. • The grills are so poorly maintained they can literally catch on fire. Safety in common areas is also concerning. We’ve seen unhoused individuals sleeping in the garage, on the shared patio, and even in the hallways. At one point someone was sleeping in a chair that belonged to my neighbors. The unfortunate reality is that the residents care far more about this community than the people running it. The only reason we stayed as long as we did were because we love the neighborhood and we have incredible neighbors who truly look out for each other. The sense of community among residents is the best part of living here. But at this point, the property would honestly be better managed by the people who live here than the leasing office.
