Thank you to the lovely leasing agents Alex and Dulce! My partner and I wanted to make a quick move because we we're miserable and over paying at our place in Tempe. On our day of apartment hunting we had about 40 minutes to kill so we decided to give a call to the Curve as we always talked about how cute it would be to live there because of the location etc. Alex took our call and told us she could definitely give us a quick tour in our short time frame. Upon arrival she quickly provided us with key information and then showed us the most adorable 1 bed 1 bath and immediately we both fell in love. The ladies were on top of everything and went above and beyond to make sure the unit was ready for our move in date that was only 6 days out! I can only imagine how big of a pain we were as we gave them such short move in notice but that didn't stop them from getting the job done. We went from a small inward facing unit in Tempe that got 0 sunlight didn't see even a small ray of light the 7 months we lived there for to our stunning 5th floor sun set view unit we are in now. We can not express our gratitude to the ladies for helping us get out of our old place and our little kitty thanks them too as he sun bathes daily on the window ledge:) If you are considering where to move next I would put the Curve on the top of your list. The price and square footage of our place is beyond reasonable compared to what we saw while shopping around and compared to our last place. The amenities are great, maintenance work gets done very quickly, the mail services are great, they have plenty of parking options including free parking inside the gates! The location is phenomenal, you have 2 sweet bars right out the front door and thunderbird arcade bar just across the street! A cute family owned liquor store and deli just on the other side of Stacy's (one of our 2 favorite bar in Phoenix the other is Boycott which is literally out the front door) You have retro ranch which is a super cute antique store, Joes diner which is the cutes most authentic family owned breakfast spot around without question, Joe himself came over to our table the first time we ate there and just chit chat with us for a few minutes and welcomed us to the neighborhood:) There's also a fry's, a Safeway, natural groceries, and a 7-11 within 5 minutes of driving. Trader Joe's, whole foods, in n out, pet smart, etc. all in one spot 10 minutes driving. This apartment really feels like home in every aspect. Thank you again to the leasing ladies and I hope this review helps with any concerns you may have! We weren't planning on staying in Arizona longer than 6 months before moving to the Curve no we are talking about renewing our lease when the time comes!!!
