Really disappointed in the overall cleanliness of this complex. The common areas (hallways, gym, elevators) never seem to be cleaned well, if at all, especially the carpeting throughout the complex. There are dark stains, everywhere. The gym never has sanitizing wipes stocked and to top it all off, the sanitizing stations in both elevators fell off and their best solution was to slap blue tape on them to hold them up. Cleanliness and quality should be top priority.
UPDATE 11/2/21: as far as communication and being on top of things within the community, the new management is seriously lacking. Thereâs been what I assume was severe water damage in an area of the complex, affecting multiple apartment units AND the gym/lobby area. Thereâs been no communication from management as far as when that will be finished and this is an amenity we have to pay for⦠but shouldnât be during this time as we arenât able to use the gym at all. Itâs completely torn up. Aside from that, there was a huge flooding incident here recently where the parking lot was completely overflowed with water from a bursting pipe, leaving behind an excessive amount of mud/dust/sand and management isnât acknowledging this or have even attempted to get this cleaned up. There is now a giant hole in the ground because of this near one of the gates (which is now out of service) and itâs all just been sitting thereâ¦untouched. On top of all this, they raised the prices. I would look elsewhere.
