When I first moved here it was pleasant but after new management took over I have seen this place go down hill as everyone else has mentioned cleanliness should be a priority for a apartment complex who loves to throw the word âluxuryâ around nothing luxurious about that. also there was a fire/water problem and since then thereâs a gnat infestation which has not seem to be addressed save yourself the headache and do not move here . ( I believe the gnat infestation is coming from the recent flooding in building due to a fire )

Wow! I was new in Phoenix, looking for an apartment, drove by these apartments on 4333 N 6th Drive, Phoenix, AZ, 85013. The manager, Dulce was very professional, extremely honest, friendly, upfront, and helpful. She gave me a tour of the facilities and explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand. The apartments are well-maintained and very clean. I highly recommend these apartments.

I have lived at this property for almost 3 years. The management/leasing office have never been great but at least they were reasonable. The property was recently sold to or acquired by new owners. What was basically bad has reached an alarming level of unprofessionalism and outright deception. During the transition, the communication was horrible, as acknowledged by the new property manager Gisselle Lugo. The resident portal was taken down and there was no way to know definitely how much to pay. When this information was finally received, there charges outside of the usual and customary. I went into the Leasing with a cashiers check and spoke with Gisselle Lugo in the presence of her new asst office manager. Giselle stated she would accept the cashiers check and follow up with owners to âmake sure it was okâ. I never heard back from her and this is a company that will slap a five-day notice on your door in a heartbeat. Fast forward to a new month. Issues with the billing and avenues to pay have been addressed. Rent payed per the statement, life is back to normal. On the 14 of August, over a month after my conversation with Gisselle Lugo and 13 days after paying the rent in full per the statement, the assistant office manager bullies my daughter into signing a payment agreement by telling her she would be evicted. The charges had literally been accruing since the previous month. I knew they were not very astute business people but I never figured they would be outright liars and engage in this type of deceptive business practice. Anyone who reads this should think long and hard about entering into a business relationship with this company. UPDATE 10/1/2021- The issues were never resolved. After FINALLY being told the source of the problem was a carry-over balance from PB Bell, the previous owner, documentation proving otherwise was provided, Bowen Johnson from APARTMENT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS (the new owners) totally dismissed the information, stopped communicating with me and initiated eviction proceedings. ALL WHILE IâM TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. APARTMENT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS IS AN UNSCRUPULOUS SHAM OF AN ORGANIZATION PROFITING FROM LANDLORD LEANING LAWS IN AZ.

It's ok. Value not so ok. It's plain and simple. Also does not belong in that neighborhood. Major eyesore but that's just an opinion. Not sure about security. Since it opened crime has risen in the neighborhood. Helicopter visits area almost nighty now.

I lived here for a year and ever since AMC took over management in June it has gone down hill. AMC does not keep up with cleaning the pool/ jacuzzi and elevators. They have increased prices for no reason, nothing has been upgraded or changed (i.e parking garage.) I'm being charged late fees because they did not keep up with renewal letters back in June and July. I've had to deal with the leasing office for almost a week trying to get these fees/ leasing agreement straighten out. This place is not worth the money. The only good thing about this complex is the location. I'm sure this place will get worse.

Good luck trying to get your money back from these crooks. They finally mailed me a check after two months to refund me from a deposit I put down to live there. I deposited the check only to find out that they put a stop payment on it which resulted in me being charged $15 by my bank. If I could give zero stars I would.
