If I could submit a rating higher than five stars, I would for the Curve at Melrose. The living experience at the Curve has been beyond exceptional, and the amenities that the complex offers is top notch. I don't really write reviews, however this time I decided to share my experience. I moved to Phoenix from California, 1 day before starting my new job and was looking for right apartment to move in right away. I visited over 12 apartments on same day of my arrival to Phoenix for the first time, spoke to over 50 apartment complexes over the phone. One of them was The Curve, I walked in without an appointment, and there I met employee named Giselle. I told her what I was looking for and said that I need to move in right away. Not only that she had every answer to my questions but she also had few different apartment options for me. She showed me around the apartment complex and all of the available units they had. I was amazed with knowledge that Gisselle has for her apartment complex. I left to think everything over the night as I visited so many places. Next day my mind was set on The Curve. After work I went to sign the contact, where I met employee named Liz (as it was Giselle's day off) and she did exceptional job assisting me and made the process smooth and easy. Any questions and concerns I had Liz was able to help me with it. If you are looking for an apartment complex, look no further, The Curve is awesome place! Very clean and beautiful looking place with a lot of amenities that available 24hrs! And for great customer service make sure to Ask for LIZ or GISELLE, those 2 know what they are doing!!!

To even give a brand new built apartment a bad review really says something about the experience I have had to begin with. The insulation is HORRIBLE! I have neighbors who constantly bang above me and nothing has been done to address this! My neighbors are aware and do not care and even expressed such! The management has not expressed after any concern in except to advise me to move after my neighbor personally came to my door and harassed me because I complained about the excessive noise. They have security on site but the neighbors ignored the security when I filed a noise complaint and nothing was done! I pay a few dollars short of $1300 a month for a one bedroom and I’ve become miserable. The only reason I have not left is because the location to my job and how inconvenient it would be to move after only being here 4 months! I was really hoping this place would be better since it is new and management seemed nice in the beginning but to be paying so much it’s not worth it. Also coming from working in property management in a similar property we never treated our residents this way! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else too many nice places in the area that are being built that you could choose from! Especially ones where you may not have these issues! There’s so much more to this experience but I’m sure this says enough!

The Curve @ Melrose is a fantastic place to live. The studio unit is quite spacious and the amenities (pool, community lounge, workout facilities) are top notch. I have had zero issues since being here. I'd specifically want to call out the management team at the Curve who are extremely responsive and knowledgeable for any issues. Especially Giselle, who was instrumental and very flexible in terms of helping me navigate the complexities of my sub lease. I have had nothing but a great experience at the Curve. Great place to live. Def recommend.

The staff at Curve has been wonderful. Gisselle has gone above and beyond from the very first moment that I visited the property for a tour and every step of the way after, including even just earlier today! Liz provided wonderful service and a hassle-free experience on move-in day. I can't say enough good things about these two ladies. You can get an apartment anywhere and there are plenty of comparable new builds in the area, but the excellent service is what sold me since Gisselle provided a stellar first impression and I'm happy to report that it has remained consistent with everyone on the staff I have come into contact, including Orlando and Salvador on the maintenance team. Thank you, Curve Team!

Great location, but super loud apartments. You would just expect apartments that are this expensive to have better sound insulation Also, only two dog stations in the complex and they are placed in very inconvenient spots... the grounds are becoming covered in dog poop. You also pay a premium for door trash pick up but I’ve noticed they just throw all the recycling in the trash anyways... kinda annoying to sort your recycling all week just to have it thrown in the trash with everything else. Only thing they throw in the recycling bin is cardboard Staff is great though

Giselle and Liz at the Curve are amazing with their costumer service. There’s always about a million people wanting a tour, and I don’t know how but they manage to be so attentive to everyone one of them. The amenities are so clean and the flow of the rooms are incomparable. The security features are also what sold me. I went looking at 12+ apartment complexes but I knew this had to be the one.

I absolutely love this apartment complex. About 3 months ago I moved here from Ventura County California, it’s my first time living away from there. A big thank you to Liz Gonzalez, you are the reason I signed the lease. I didn’t know anyone here and she made me feel right at home and welcome. She’s always smiling and it just brightens up my day to see her. Gisselle Lugo is another amazing leasing agent here. She’s always smiling and super positive and I love that. If you are having a bad day just stop by the office at The Curve At Melrose and these ladies will have you laughing in no time. You will probably want to consider getting a place here before you leave the office. The apartments have a nice open floor plan, they come with a washer and dryer and fridge and oven. I am in love with my walk in closet in my bedroom. My kitchen has a built in island, I use it as my dining table, I love that because it saved me money when I was shopping for my furniture. This place is like a resort. There’s a swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool tables, BBQ area and the best thing about it is the courtyard is on the second floor. Yup, the swimming pool is on the second floor. My sister and nephews were here swimming and it worked out perfect because the kids were able to swim and we didn’t have to worry about them getting out of the apartment complex. There’s also a really cool game room/party room on the fifth floor, it includes a balcony that overlooks the pool and courtyard area. Eventually, maybe one day I will use the gym. It’s up to date with state of the art equipment, I’m lazy but if you are into fitness you won’t need a gym membership after you move in. The parking here is gated and assigned. Recently I went to the Kenny Chesney concert. I walked to the Light Rail and took it down to Chase Field to the concert. The Light Rail is free round trip if you have a concert ticket to Chase or Talking Stick Resort Arena. It takes me about 12 minutes to drive to the airport. You absolutely can’t beat the location. It’s centralized to everything in Phoenix. This complex does celebrate diversity for everyone. If I could give 10 stars I would. Good luck on your apartment hunting!
