Lived here from 7/2018-9/2019. Other than the things listed below, the curve is in a great location and was relatively affordable for all the amenities they provide.
- 2nd floor Balconies are poorly designed. I paid for one of the most expensive units on the northwest corner of the building that features a balcony that is poorly designed and feels like an afterthought yet convenient way to justify charging more for the space. You have to spend a lot of money (more than $1k) or be very creative to provide enough shelter, in order to actually be able to use the space. Between the sun and the wind, that balcony destroyed close to $1k worth of patio furnishings and plants.
- Ruined packages. You can receive your packages thru a service called ParcelPending but it is located in a part of the complex that gets hit with the afternoon sun and will literally bake your stuff in the summer time.
- Culture misdirected from resident retention by upper management. Liz and Giselle are awesome and super welcoming and if it werenât for them, I would give less of a star rating. Seems the upper management, could not be any less bothered by the requests or concerns of individual residents. They are quick to raise the rent, withhold re-signing incentives, and when it came time to consider renewing my lease, all I got was a letter stuck in my door warning me about the 3 month notice to vacate or renew.
