Gisselle, Liz and Leah are amazing! Super friendly and reliable. They have made my stay at The Curve pleasant and positive! Any issue Iâve had theyâve resolved immediately. The atmosphere is here is great and would recommend anyone to live here!

Lived here for over a year. Liz was awesome . She is a kinds devoted person who actually care about the resident. My experience at the curve . Was a bit noisey . People yelling in the halls and to the bar next door. . Parking on the weekend was crazy. And even with all the security features this place has I still had a car broken into in the garage. The unit I had was a very nice . Has everything I needed . Felt a bit over price. But like said very nice unit . With the staff had a few issues . So keep your paper work. Upper management has a way of lossing paper work . And the result was me staying an additional 60 days . With a added 300 sum added each month to my rent because we were out of lease terms . Or if I refused . They will report to my credit history as a negative . . So no choice but to pay out and stay . .. so.advise if you move here keep your paper work file and complete.

I recently stopped by this property for a tour and has high hopes that this was going to be my new home once my lease was up. I definitely left feeling like I wasted my time. I wasnât given a tour of the entire community and was rushed and brushed aside. I admit I missed my schedule appointment prior so I did walk in, however no one informed me that this was a by appointment type of complex. I was shown two fitness areas and left to kind of walk around the apartment without any features or fixtures pointed out. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. It was the worse touring experience Iâve had since beginning my search and sad part is I LOVED THE ACTUAL UNIT! It was everything I was looking for but the service I received left such an awful taste in my mouth that I canât even see myself living at The Curve. Good luck to anyone looking to move here and I guess keep those appointments or you will not be treated well.

Fantastic place to call home! The staff Liz & Giselle are friendly always helpful! The community is friendly and social. Love it!

2nd floor. Can hear constant footsteps, banging, and voices/babies crying from the unit above. This happens every single day multiple times a day. Single elevator on west side has had issues working. Very cheaply made. If you live here, try to get a top floor unit and one that doesnât face the pool.

Have addressed all of my needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Liz has always been especially helpful. They even checked on my cats on occasion when out of town! So grateful.

I would like to give 5 stars to the staff of The Curve at Melrose!!! For the excellent customer service I have received the ladies are wonderful and professional in all that they do in making my move and stay smooth and enjoyable a special shout out to Liz and Gisselle leasing agentsâ¤ï¸And Ofelia roving managerâ¤ï¸ And Lea the property managerðâ¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸ Thankyou to all maintenance is also excellent
