I’ve been living in this building for some time and would like to share an honest review based on my personal experience. My intention is not simply to complain, but to provide constructive feedback that could help improve the quality of life for current and future residents. While the building has potential and the apartment layouts are functional, there are several recurring issues that significantly affect the living experience and should be addressed more seriously by management. One of the most concerning problems is the persistent bad smell that sometimes appears inside the apartment and in common areas. It often resembles a sewage or drainage odor, and it becomes especially noticeable when the apartment has been closed for a a few hours. When returning home, the smell can spread throughout the entire apartment, which makes the environment uncomfortable and concerning from a hygiene perspective. This seems like it could be related to the building’s plumbing, ventilation, or drainage systems and should be properly inspected. Another issue is the cleanliness of the elevators. Unfortunately, the elevators are frequently dirty and do not appear to be cleaned often enough. Considering that elevators are one of the most used shared spaces in the building, they should be maintained and sanitized more regularly to ensure a pleasant environment for residents. The dog park area is another space that needs more attention. Many times there is a noticeable amount of dog poop and urine left around the area, which creates an unpleasant smell and makes the space less enjoyable for residents who want to use it responsibly with their pets. This area would benefit from more frequent cleaning and possibly clearer rules or reminders for pet owners to clean up after their dogs. Another concern is the lack of visible security cameras around important areas of the property. In a residential building, security should be a priority. Having more security cameras in common areas such as entrances, hallways, parking areas, elevators, and outdoor spaces would help improve safety and provide more peace of mind for residents. There are also maintenance issues with some of the building amenities. For example, the hot tub jets are not working, which makes the hot tub less functional and enjoyable for residents. In addition, the pool lights are not working, which affects the usability and safety of the pool area during the evening. A major frustration is the way management handles residents’ concerns. Many residents, including myself, have sent emails reporting these issues and other important concerns. Unfortunately, it often feels like these messages are ignored or not taken seriously. When residents take the time to report problems, they expect acknowledgment, communication, and action. A lack of response or visible effort to resolve ongoing issues can create the impression that resident feedback is not valued. Overall, I believe the building has good potential, but these issues—bad odors, elevator cleanliness, dog park maintenance, lack of security cameras, broken hot tub jets, pool lighting problems, and the lack of responsiveness from management—should be taken more seriously. Addressing these concerns would significantly improve the living experience and show that management is committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. I hope this feedback is received as constructive input and that improvements can be made so the building can truly become a better place to live for everyone.

We just moved in and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The neighborhood is fantastic with everything we need close by. The community has such a great vibe, and our neighbors have already made us feel at home. A special thanks to Poleth and Alicia, who went above and beyond to make our move smooth — they’ve been approachable, helpful, and truly made a difference in our first impressions.

Things are starting to go downhill, the community will be so much better once a renters union is in place.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Staff is rude and unhelpful and they sneak rules in the lease that completely screw you over. Must give 60 days notice to move out or else the charge you for not only the rent, but extra $300 for month to month fees. Worst experience of my life.

Our lease ended on June 30, 2025. We did not give 60 days notice. The current listed rent for a two bedroom apartment is $1700. They charged us $2600/ month for TWO MONTHS FOR AN EMPTY APARTMENT. WE WERE FORCED TO PAY AN EXTRA $900 PER MONTH FOR TWO MONTHS FOR AN EMPTY APARTMENT. This is the greediest company. Arizona law states that once you are on a month to month lease you only have to give 30 days notice. This company doesn't care about the law as long as you signed their lease, you are on the hook. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

Terrible customer service. Tenants be ware - you must give 60 days notice that you are not renewing your lease or you are repsonsible for paying even if your lease has ended. They put you on a month to month lease and charge you even more than your regular rent.

Currently being harassed on Instagram by someone with access to their account. As the former manager of this community, I feel disrespected, harassed and threatened. Someone needs to discipline the team about using a business profile to interact with the public for personal reasons. Wildly inappropriate.

It is a nice place and I have not had any issues with any other residents and I do feel safe. My only downside is there’s leaks everywhere which means roaches are also everywhere and I’m sure a lot of the tenants are what is keeping them. The complex says that they have a spring service, but you have to be there and it’s only on Thursdays, which is the most inconvenient schedule for people who actually work. Also, I live on the fifth floor and the nightclub next-door. There will be days where it’s past 2 AM and they are still blasting music and it’s loud enough for me to hear through my window. Another weird thing is, they don’t have any public trash cans, so expect random piles of dog poop by the elevator, a random piles of trash by the elevator and in the elevator . If you really can’t find anything else in the area, I guess this is OK but just know there are German roaches here.
