Alicia was great on my tour. I am looking to move in the spring but she was willing to show me around even though there arenât apartments available yet. Excited to move in, have to hope something will be open!

Iâve had my ups and downs with this dog urine coated apartment building. Hitting me with a $56/month rent increase while two of the same floorplan apartments are being offered for $100/month and $99/month less than Iâm currently paying is my final straw.

I didn't even know that this was a luxury apartments. The carpets are dirty when i noticed it during my tour they said that they will clean it. When I moved in it was still dirty. The hallways and elevators always smell. When I moved in my apartment was not clean out. They didnt tell me that they didnt have anymore assigned parking spots until i signed my lease. The club house is dirty. I tried to opt of my lease but they were charging too much. I would never tell anyone to move in this dirty complex. Good location and that's about it. Smh

Iâve been at The Curve for a year now, and I really appreciate Polethâsheâs always super helpful and explains things so clearly, which makes everything easier. Everyone at the leasing office has been nice. The pool area is always clean and chill whenever I go, which I love. The not-so-great part? Some people let their pets pee near the elevator, these days even inside and donât bother cleaning it up. Itâd be awesome they could just take a sec to clean after their pets.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at the Curve. Alicia was amazing she helped my friend and I tour apartments. She was organized and friendly it felt like she was my best friend immediately! Doing the little things for us and joking around with us the whole time. Always smiling and very positive definitely the top apartment touring experience Iâve had in a very long time.

My wife and I ultimately decided to go with a house instead, but we were genuinely impressed with this place. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere had such a warm, welcoming energy. Everyone in the office was incredibly kind and helpful, which made a great impression on us. If our needs had been different, we would have absolutely loved to stay here.

Iâve been living in this building for some time and would like to share an honest review based on my personal experience. My intention is not simply to complain, but to provide constructive feedback that could help improve the quality of life for current and future residents. While the building has potential and the apartment layouts are functional, there are several recurring issues that significantly affect the living experience and should be addressed more seriously by management. One of the most concerning problems is the persistent bad smell that sometimes appears inside the apartment and in common areas. It often resembles a sewage or drainage odor, and it becomes especially noticeable when the apartment has been closed for a a few hours. When returning home, the smell can spread throughout the entire apartment, which makes the environment uncomfortable and concerning from a hygiene perspective. This seems like it could be related to the buildingâs plumbing, ventilation, or drainage systems and should be properly inspected. Another issue is the cleanliness of the elevators. Unfortunately, the elevators are frequently dirty and do not appear to be cleaned often enough. Considering that elevators are one of the most used shared spaces in the building, they should be maintained and sanitized more regularly to ensure a pleasant environment for residents. The dog park area is another space that needs more attention. Many times there is a noticeable amount of dog poop and urine left around the area, which creates an unpleasant smell and makes the space less enjoyable for residents who want to use it responsibly with their pets. This area would benefit from more frequent cleaning and possibly clearer rules or reminders for pet owners to clean up after their dogs. Another concern is the lack of visible security cameras around important areas of the property. In a residential building, security should be a priority. Having more security cameras in common areas such as entrances, hallways, parking areas, elevators, and outdoor spaces would help improve safety and provide more peace of mind for residents. There are also maintenance issues with some of the building amenities. For example, the hot tub jets are not working, which makes the hot tub less functional and enjoyable for residents. In addition, the pool lights are not working, which affects the usability and safety of the pool area during the evening. A major frustration is the way management handles residentsâ concerns. Many residents, including myself, have sent emails reporting these issues and other important concerns. Unfortunately, it often feels like these messages are ignored or not taken seriously. When residents take the time to report problems, they expect acknowledgment, communication, and action. A lack of response or visible effort to resolve ongoing issues can create the impression that resident feedback is not valued. Overall, I believe the building has good potential, but these issuesâbad odors, elevator cleanliness, dog park maintenance, lack of security cameras, broken hot tub jets, pool lighting problems, and the lack of responsiveness from managementâshould be taken more seriously. Addressing these concerns would significantly improve the living experience and show that management is committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. I hope this feedback is received as constructive input and that improvements can be made so the building can truly become a better place to live for everyone.
