I want to thank Poleth and Kristi for being so amazing during my process of becoming a resident at the Curve. They were so kind, patient, and Knowledgeable. I instantly knew I wanted to be a resident at the Curve after speaking with Kristi and Poleth over the phone. Poleth also gave me an amazing tour of the entire community. Rest assured, you are in good hands if you choose to make the Curve your home.

As a resident I would like to understand why the bathrooms adjacent to the perch are locked, is this not apart of the concession package? Having friends over and we can't access amenities we clearly pay for, yet billed as luxury..

IF I COULD GIVE 0 starts I WOULD!! DO NOT MOVE HERE ! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS PLACE ! THERE IS MOLD IN THIER WASHING MACHINES - THEY REFUSED TO FIX IT FOR OVER A YEAR - THEY THEN ASSAULTED ME - THEY WERE UPSET I BROKE MY LEASE SO THEY WILL NOT GET ANY MORE MONEY FROM ME ! - Disgusting people who work in the office. I WAS ASSAULTED BY APARTMENT MANAGEMENT I HAVE IT ALL ON VIDEO! - AND THEY REFUSE TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY! DISGUSTING PEOPLE! SHOULD NOT BE IN THE HOUSING INDUSTRY. If you value your time and money, don’t move here. This place should be shut down ! Multiple lawsuits on these criminals. Don’t waste your time or energy.

I lived here my first year I was in Arizona, I didn’t get to tour it in person as I was moving from the Midwest but the leasing agents were great at communicating, sending video tours of my unit I was interested in and were just overall very helpful and friendly! I never had any major issues and minor ones were addressed shortly after I submitted my maintenance request. The amenities and quality overall matched the price I was paying. Yes, you could find cheaper or more expensive around if you wished, but this was a great balance for me. It was also safe and secure and I LOVED the location!

The Curve at Melrose is a great place to live. The well maintained apartment complex provides a great relaxing enviromment. MIntained by a very friendly staff. It is a pet friendly environment and my only complaint is that not everyone cleans up after their pets appropriately. Cleaning up after your pet and leaving the bagged poo in the hallway is not appropriate. And the staff should not have to clean after your pet nor is the smell in the hallway pleasant. I think cameras should be installed in appropriate areas and tenants should be held liable.

Ive been living here for about two months and it’s great! everyone’s friendly and community/ staff is very welcoming. the only thing is I wish the gym had more free weights! There’s only about 3 sets of dumbbells. Other than that I love it.
