I cannot recommend Cure at Melrose Apartments enough!
Pros: Amazing location. Such a hidden gem of an apartment! There are so many delicious restaurants and bars. Apartment also has great amenities and the price of rent is great. I lived in a studio and because it has that divider wall, it felt more like a one-bedroom apartment. Spacious kitchen, SUPER spacious bathroom, and east-facing window were my favorite parts of my apartment. Valet trash â AMAZING. Security gates always worked, and I always felt safe living here.
Cons: You have to pay for parking in the garage. I was lucky enough to get the outdoor/covered carport parking which is cheaper. You can park in uncovered spots for free. I had some loud upstairs neighbors I had to report three times in order for them to get an official notice from the apartment. Maintenance team half-asses their jobs and takes forever to come. Finally, the dog park area smells awful due to it being a turf grass.
All in all, I enjoyed my time here! Iâve lived in 4 different apartment complexes in Phoenix and this one is by far my favorite. My priorities when picking apartments are: safety, noise, location, cleanliness, and rent price. Hits all five.
