I recommend living here if you have no intention on getting any of your security deposit back, if you prefer being lied to, audio recorded in your own apartment, for none of your amenities to work at any time, etc. I lived here for two years, consistently paid my rent on time, and had no concerns with any of my neighbors or with following community guidelines, and still, the last few months of my lease term was absolutely horrendous. I would have never expected moving out to be so difficult, including not receiving any of my security deposit, despite speaking to multiple employees from the office. I do not recommend living here until they decide to begin treating their renters with respect. Also, I hope they don’t respond acting as though they will take action because I’ve contacted them multiple times and they’ve assured me that they will not.

Edit: fun fact, you cannot move out early! Make sure you really want to stay, because if you try to break the lease you have to pay the whole lease AND a litany of fees! To give them their property back! Isn't that fun? (and of course the sweet, lovely gals in the front office flip the switch and are suddenly cold and uncaring when you need their help, I've been on the brink of a panic attack all day and they couldn't even bother to pretend to have pity for me) Original: It's a pretty nice place, been here for several months and haven't had bugs or any problems that needed maintenance. It's kinda noisy with the bars right outside, and pretty expensive for such a mid location, but I really don't have any serious complaints. The staff are pleasant but I haven't needed their help with anything yet so take that with a grain of salt.

It's a pretty nice place, been here for several months and haven't had bugs or any problems that needed maintenance. It's kinda noisy with the bars right outside, and pretty expensive for such a mid location, but I really don't have any serious complaints. The staff are pleasant but I haven't needed their help with anything yet so take that with a grain of salt.

I've lived at the Curve for almost a year -- I used to love living here, but things have gone down the tubes since Alex (an angel, we miss her!) left the management office. I look forward to moving elsewhere when my lease is up.

The apartments are decent and location is nice but the management company is terrible. Just like Ticketmaster, advertising one price and then adding on insane fees. I would never recommend renting with this company.

This is an amazing place, in the heart of all the greatness of Phoenix. Moving from New York and LA, it’s such a breath of fresh air meeting new creatives along their paths. The staff is welcoming, and prompt with repairs. This is a fantastic place to get connected and make your stuff happen. The gym and pool are immaculate and the overall camaraderie is amazing. I’m grateful to be hear for many years to come. Wow wow wow that new gate too! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
