We’ve at the curve for a short bit now and we absolutely love it. We adore the spacious kitchen, the in unit washer and dryers and location. Our pups are happy with the space and have made new friends at the pup patch! If your looking for a beautiful, reasonably priced apartment in a really cool neighborhood, this is the place!

Been living here for two years and really enjoy living here. The staff is friendly and Maintance is on top of the repairs/request. The staff likes to keep the complex clean that they send reminder text messages to residents. It’s all good living here but I would say the two things that get me annoyed is the gates that breakdown but they get fixed fast. The other thing is the dog area, it is disappointing because people do not pick up after their dogs. I would still recommend any family or friends to live here!!

I've only been here for a short time but living at The Curve on Melrose has been a great experience so far, largely thanks to the management team. I recently had an issue with a neighbor, and Alicia responded to my email almost immediately. Her communication was clear and she kept me updated until the matter was settled. It’s comforting to know that management actually cares and takes action when issues arise. Thank you Alicia!

My review is for an apartment tour and first meet with Alicia at The Curve. She was courteous, professional and listened intently to what my budget and needs were. The common areas were clean and the model really helped me envision my items in the space. Looking forward to moving in!

Paulette and Alicia are the nicest people! I have loved living here and the price is super affordable. The amenities are super nice and convenient. Having a gym here has been great too because it means I can go right after work since I work from home!

I had a great experience working with Alicia. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire application and move-in process and made everything smooth and stress-free. Alicia was always responsive, answered all of my questions, and truly went the extra mile to help get me approved. I really appreciate her professionalism and support and would highly recommend the curve.
